Well our work neighbours have just upgraded to the nbn we use Telstra and they use Optus. Well Optus in their stunning and awesome and amazing wisdom have decided that our work address is one unit. Not 4. Well on the last day before financial year end we now have no telephone and no internet. As Optus cut our line instead of connecting our neighbouring business. !!! And of course no one is owning up to who caused the problem or who is going to fix it. !!! Could have no internet for up to two weeks. !!!
