💙 You don't have to do it alone.

Do you help look after a parent, sibling, grandparent, friend or someone important in your life?

Whether you're helping with meals, shopping, medications, emotional support, appointments or just being there... you're a young carer, and support is here for you.

💬 Sara from Carers WA is at Open Access every Thursday from 2-6pm to chat, answer questions and connect you with support.

No pressure. No judgement. Just someone who gets it. 💙
