It’s Twilight Arts Festival time at Centralian Senior College.
The college’s front lawns will be transformed once again into a vibrant and colourful festival space with décor and signage celebrating Culture.
The whole community is invited to come along next Thursday and enjoy a relaxed evening of art and craft, live music, dance, food and fun with family and friends.
Special features of this year’s festival include kangaroo tail cooked by Clontarf Academy students and an Indigenous women’s weaving workshop with the chance to sit down and learn how to make beautiful woven baskets and earrings.
Now in it’s eighth year, the Centralian Senior College Twilight Arts Festival will take place at the College at 10 Grevillea Drive next Thursday, November 9 from 6pm to 8pm.

If you get a chance to shop at our local Bunnings getting some home improvement or garden supplies you will bump into many of our friendly helpful and hardworking students.
They take this opportunity to prepare for the life beyond school. Nyabel is one of our year 12’s who are helping us as we wonder through isles to pickup that much needed home supplies.
Nelson, Jack, Sarah and Buddy are some of the other students that helped me today with check out product assistance and just a friendly face in their customer service.
It is great to find Centralian students in our community helping us and working on those job skills that could help them in their future pathways.
