Fun at the fire station!🚒
Last week the Kookaburra Room got the opportunity to go and visit the East Maitland Fire Station. There the firefighters talked to the children about what the firefighters jobs, how the alarm lets them know where the fires are. They were kind enough to do a test alarm for the children to hear what it sounds like.

Our Koala Room (children ages 1-2yrs) got a little messy outside this week! The educators brought out the paint and a big sheet of paper. This gave our littles space to explore and create freely. And they sure did! 🐨👩‍🎨🫟

Tracing shadows! The children took this activity out into the sun to trace around the shadows their animals made. ☀️🦓

We are so excited to open our enrolments for 2027! 🤍

It’s a bittersweet time as we watch our eldest children graduate and head off to ‘big school’. While it’s always emotional to say goodbye, it also means we have space to welcome new children into our centre.

If you’re looking for early education for 2027, we’d love to meet you! Visit our website to make an enquiry or book a Stay n’ Play and come along for a tour of the centre.

Sometimes, you just have to throw a little paint. 🎨✨
Because childhood isn’t meant to be too serious, and neither are we.

Our educators know how to care, guide, nurture and keep little ones safe… but they also know how to jump into the joy. To be silly. To laugh loudly. To make a mess. To see the world through children’s eyes and enjoy the moment right alongside them.

Thank you to our educators, Elly and Hannah for bring the joy! 💙

What a wonderful place to build friendships. To connect, relate and learn what it means to be a good friend. "Frienship Island" is pretty great.

Happy Early Childhood Educators’ Day to our thoughtful, dedicated and hardworking educators. 💛
As a member of the Valley Village team, but also a mum to two girls who attend, I feel incredibly grateful for the people who care for and nurture our children each day.

As a parent, it is so important to have that confidence and reassurance - knowing that the people looking after your children throughout the day are giving them their time, care, patience and energy, and doing such an incredible job.

We see the effort you put in, the relationships you build, the little moments you create, and the difference you make every single day.

Thank you for everything you do for our children and our families. We are so lucky to have you. 💛

Valley Village is looking for Educators! So we asked our children what they look for in a good teacher. The answers varied from chaotic to heart warming 🧡
