SONNWENDFEIER
Saturday, June 20
From 5-10pm

Join us for one of the Templer Communityโ€™s most loved traditions as we celebrate Sonnwendfeier, our winter solstice bonfire celebration.

This year features two exciting additions โ€” a spectacular fire performance by Rich Royale and an interactive LED glow workshop with RUCCIS Circus โ€” alongside our much-loved favourites.

Bring camp chairs, blankets and warm winter clothes and settle in around the fire pits on the lawn. Indoor seating will also be available.

German meals, soup, pretzels, Glรผhwein, hot drinks and other refreshments will be available for purchase. We encourage members to pre-book meals and let us know youโ€™re coming.

Food available from 5.30โ€“6.30pm. Bonfire lit at 6pm.

Supporting Community, Creating Connections ๐Ÿ’›

A heartfelt thank you to Angela, Jodie and the wonderful team at Timberlink Australia, Caribbean Park, Scoresby, for their incredible generosity and community spirit.

This week, they delivered 80 thoughtfully prepared care packages to Champion Community Hub, filled with everyday essentials including toilet paper, shampoo, soap, washing powder and pantry staples, that will make a meaningful difference to individuals and families in our community.

Timberlink's generosity goes beyond supporting our local community. By sourcing 43% of the donated products from Aboriginal-owned organisations, including Cultural Choice and COS, they are also helping to strengthen Aboriginal businesses and contribute to meaningful reconciliation in action

During this National Reconciliation Week, Timberlink's generosity reminds us that strong communities are built through partnership, respect, and action.

Thank you, Timberlink, for helping us support our community and create positive change together.
