✨ We had such an incredible session connecting the dots between diet, movement, and emotional wellbeing! 🧘‍♂️🍏

Our amazing yoga and mindfulness coach, Karolina Koziara, guided everyone through the powerful links between what we eat, how we move, and how we feel.

We then transitioned into a gentle group yoga session, completely accessible to all abilities, focused on stress reduction and encouraging ongoing physical activity.

By blending professional guidance, practical learning, and interactive activities, everyone left not just with new information, but with the skills, confidence, and motivation to improve their daily health practices.

Thank you so much to everyone who joined us and brought such wonderful energy to the space! 🤍

Last Wednesday, we gathered to celebrate National Volunteer Week and honour the amazing individuals who dedicate their time, energy, and hearts to our community 🫶

We were privileged to welcome the Hon. Ayor Makur Chuot MLC as our guest speaker, who attended on behalf of the Hon. Hannah Beazley MLA, whose inspiring words reminded us all of the profound power of giving back.

A special highlight of the evening was presenting recognition certificates to our long-serving volunteers. To our milestone achievers, and to every single person who gives their time: thank you ❤ The impact you have made over the past year is immeasurable, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you do.

The celebration has been made possible through the support of the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care through the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS), and Volunteering WA Volunteer Management Activity (VMA), funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services.

Last week we were thrilled to host Jaye from Pharmacy 777 Maylands. She led a vital discussion on medication safety, and how to manage your medications for a healthier, independent living. 💖

Jaye covered everything from what to do if you miss your dosage, to safe storage and also when to check in with your pharmacist. 👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️
