It has been quiet with here with no drillers, but Amara Minerals reckon they are returning. Earth Resources got back to us on a couple of issues.

"Inspectors from Resources Victoria attended the drill site ... Upon arrival, appropriate signage was observed to be in place around the active drill site."
They were drilling right next to the road, with zero signage or stop and go. Earth Resources may have called before they turned up.

"... the drill waste material observed was associated with activities undertaken by a previous licence holder and was not generated as part of the current drilling program."
Well it looked fresh but the regulator seems to take as fact whatever the miners say.

"Resources Victoria has discussed rehabilitation expectations with the licence holder, including the need to appropriately address any outstanding site remediation issues identified within the licensed area as part of site rehabilitation and closure activities."
So it seems they won't get the previous licence holder to clean up their alleged mess, it is handballed to the current licence holder.

Harrumph.

Nice summary from the shareholder forum of the ADG debt. Maybe it is time to print more shares or split into 2 companies? Previous tenement holders danced like that.

Did we mention the tax lodgement discrepancies debt?
"CMPL has now issued a demand for payment pursuant to the indemnity for payment by ADG in the amount of $1,275,911 (which is the amount of the ATO Liability plus accrued interest) (Second Demand).
As at the date of this ASX Announcement, the ATO Liability referenced in the First Demand remains unpaid.
GDM has reserved its rights if this amount is not paid by ADG within the timeframe required."

Our apologies, they have been spotted again. It looks like they are drilling on the side of the road? Is that cool WorkSafe Victoria?
They finally released some drill results, not great. They mentioned they will be here for a few more weeks, winter elsewhere then back after that.
Share price plunged from .6 cent to half a cent per share. Shareholders ecstatic! Lol, only joking.

Well they seem to have stopped drilling. There is only water hoses and water tanks left. And this. It appears they have dumped their drill hole filling cement waste in a hole in the ground.
