NATIONAL WATER WEEK - EVERY DROP COUNTS

Water is part of everything we do, from the first glass in the morning to the farms, businesses and communities that rely on a safe and reliable water supply.

This National Water Week, Central Tablelands Water is reminding everyone that water is one of our most valuable resources, and protecting it is a shared responsibility.

Here are five simple ways you can help:

1. Fix leaking taps.

2. Turn off taps when they’re not needed.

3. Water gardens wisely.

4. Keep an eye out for leaks around your property.

5. Follow current water restrictions.

Every small action can make a difference when we all work together.

Our team is proud to help deliver safe, reliable drinking water to communities across the Central Tablelands. This week, we encourage everyone to stop, think about the water they use and consider how they can help protect this essential resource for future generations.

Every drop counts. Every action matters.

Supporting our local communities: Carcoar-Mandurama CWA

CTW is proud to support the wonderful work of the Carcoar-Mandurama Branch of the Country Women’s Association of NSW through our 2024/25 Community Support Program.

In June, the branch was delighted to learn that its application for funding from Central Tablelands Water had been successful. The $300 contribution helped fund a children’s holiday craft morning during the recent school holidays.

CWA members, mums and children came together to enjoy a wonderful morning of creativity, connection and community spirit. Activities like these provide a valuable opportunity for local families to connect and create lasting memories.

Branch President Jenny Johnston shared her thanks to Central Tablelands Water for helping make this special morning possible and for supporting a valuable initiative in their small community.

We’re delighted to see our community support making a difference and helping local organisations continue the fantastic work they do across our region.
