Happy Yellow Ribbon Day! 🎗️

An initiative of the RFBAQ - Rural Fire Brigades Association Queensland Inc, today we acknowledge the commitment and dedication that over 26,000 rural fire brigade volunteers provide to Queensland.

Caught up with the Bli Bli & Districts Rural Fire Brigade who visited the Queensland Parliament this morning and as always a massive shout-out to the mighty Greenbank Rural Fire Brigade in our community.

I also want to acknowledge and thank Ripley Valley Rural Fire Brigade who've had a busy few weeks fighting bushfires 🔥in our region.

🚒 Official Handover of Appliance 51 🚒

On Friday 6 February, we were proud to officially receive the keys to our new Appliance 51 at the Bli Bli & District Rural Fire Brigade station.

We were honoured to have local Dan Purdie MP attend the handover and present the keys to our brigade. This new appliance will greatly enhance our capability to protect our community and support our firefighters in the field.

A big thank you to everyone involved in making this possible, and to our community for your continued support. Especially the White's IGA for their ongoing support.
