Perfectly suitable for everyone—Clota Cottage is now looking for expressions of interest for Circuit Exercise classes every Thursday.
Come along and improve your fitness, strength and edurance now by trying out different types of simple exercises in rotation, while making new friends along the way.

If English is not your first language, improve and practise every-day speaking and listening at our English Conversation class. This group conversation class aims to build your confidence to speak in daily life situations. Suitable for jobseekers or those aiming for further study. All classes taught by a qualified and experienced tutor.
Cost: $10 annual membership.

Join our weekly social Crafternoon group. Come along to carry on with your project. All levels welcome. Suitable for “easy to pick up and bring with you” activities such as knitting, crochet, card-making, drawing, stitching or sewing. Bring your project, connect with others, have a cuppa and settle in. We even have a few sewing machines available. If you are inclined, why not get involved in a group community craft project.

Our Community Lunches have become very popular and tend to book out quickly. First-timers are welcome, we love to see new faces at these lunches. Limited places, book early to avoid disappointment.

WEAAD is celebrated each year, globally, providing an opportunity for communities to stand together against the abuse, mistreatment and neglect of older people.
