We’re excited to welcome Jade Edmistone back to Bracken Ridge Swimming Club for her THIRD return visit on Wednesday, 24th June 2026! 🙌🏊‍♀️

As a former world record holder in the 50m breaststroke, Jade brings an incredible level of experience, knowledge, and passion to our program, and we’re so grateful to have her working with all of our squad swimmers once again — from Mini Squad right through to Junior, Youth, and Senior Squads.

Jade will be sharing ONCORE drills and technical insights focused on:
✔️ Body alignment
✔️ Core stability
✔️ Feel & hold in the water
✔️ Faster, more efficient

These sessions are always a favourite with our swimmers, and we can’t wait for another awesome afternoon🔥

Huge congratulations to Matthew Conroy. Touching the wall first in his heat swim with a new pb of 24.51 🔥.

Matt finished 40th in Australia for the men 18 years 50m freestyle 💪🙌👏

Matt swims at 1130 today in event 38 (heat 10 lane 2) 17-18 50m Freestyle. Everyone can watch and cheer on 9Now.

We are super proud of Matthew Conroy and Coach Yvonne. They were surprised at training last night with a presentation of Nationals Shirts.

🎉 Congratulations to BRSC swimmer Aston De La Rosa 🏊‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Aston had an amazing showing at the Australian School Sport National Triathlon & Aquathlon on the Gold Coast, 16–20 March!

Over four action-packed days, he competed in five Aquathlon events—all with different swim and run distances—and progressed all the way to the A Final! 🌟

He finished 8th out of 17 in the A final, thanks to a powerful swim that made all the difference, placing him 8th in Australia overall!

Well done, Aston 💪🇦🇺👏
