We had a busy first night back at 1st Braidwood tonight.
Our Cubs have become citizen scientists!!
They are assisting in the tracking of Bogong moths by becoming Bogong monitors!!
We will have more to report on this exciting activity in the coming weeks.
In the lead-up to Halloween, our Cubs started making their very own Boo Blocks!!
To be revealed in the coming weeks🎃👻

Our Scouts and Venturers started 'climbing' towards their Vertical OAS badges tonight. The first step was identifying the correct equipment and learning some new knots to be used in the future.🪢

What a day we have had!!
We had the enviable position of front row seats for ALL the trucks coming into the gates at the showgrounds today at the Braidwood Big Wheels event!!!
We were blown away by the number of trucks and they all looked so shiny and colourful!!
And all the horns!!!!....what a great noise🛻📯🛻🛻
Then...all the public came in and wow we were amazed at the amount of people visiting the showgrounds today. It was wonderful to see!

Thank you to the Lions Braidwood NSW and everyone involved with the running of this amazing event.
Once again our community has come together to put on a grand show!!!

A massive thanks to all our wonderful helpers today and to those behind the scenes, with the successful running of the front gate.
Another great team effort by 1st Braidwood!!

Here are some photos from the front gate angle!!

Can't wait to do it all again next year, hopefully.
