We have a support worker currently available Monday to Friday who may be a strong match for participants requiring Auslan communication support and Deaf/Deaf-Blind specialist assistance.

Rose is based in the Logan area and provides compassionate, person-centred support with a strong focus on building independence and meaningful relationships with clients. She is experienced and extremely passionate in providing home based and community support for the Deaf and/or Deaf-Blind community.

> Key strengths and experience:
-Auslan communication (Certificate II & III in Auslan)
-Over 3 years experience supporting Deaf and Deaf-Blind clients
-Experience in supporting transport training with previous client
-Strong focus on independence-building and client wellbeing
- Reliable, punctual, patient, and compassionate
> Additional skills:
-Cooking, arts and crafts
- Strong communication skills
-Computer and digital literacy
-Certificate III in Travel and Tourism
- Certificate III in Information, Digital Media and Technology
- Certificate III in Floristry and Horticulture

> We focus on providing reliable, consistent, and culturally/linguistically appropriate support, and we understand how important it is to match participants with workers who can truly communicate and connect with them.

Meet Rose, our Support worker who has a Certicate III in Auslan and still learning for more.
Rose is well experienced in and truly loves supporting Deaf and Deaf-blind participants with daily living, communication, and getting out into the community. She has also been supporting one of our clients with transport training.
Rose also has a great passion and impressive skills for arts & crafts.
Let Rose help you with communication and social interaction, and enjoy some fun craft sessions.
Rose is located in Loganlea 4131 Brisbane, and willing to travel.
