Last Wednesday (3 June), our ACSS team had a wonderful time at Brisbane North Community Disability Expo, meeting participants, families and fellow providers. It was a great opportunity to share, learn and strengthen connections within the community.
A huge thank you to The Disability Events Community - The DEC for organising such meaningful event! We loved being part of it! 🤍

This year's theme for World Autism Awareness Day is Autism and Humanity, Every Life Has Value.
This theme emphasizes the dignity and worth of autistic individuals, focusing on inclusive neurodiversity, human rights, and the integration of these principles within the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.
Today we recognise and celebrate the strengths, uniqueness, and contributions of individuals on the autism spectrum.
Let’s continue to promote understanding, acceptance, and inclusion in our communities.
