Building dreams: Jessica’s path to carpentry 👷♀️
Meet Jessica Green – Jessica always dreamed of becoming a carpenter but faced limited opportunities as a woman in the trade.
After over a decade in horticulture, she reignited her passion for construction and completed a carpentry apprenticeship. 🪚
