Our fortnightly Assembly on Friday will be commencing at 9:30 am in the hall, and during the Assembly we will be recognising National Sorry Day and National Reconciliation Week. Parents and caregivers all welcome to attend.

Unfortunately iSports has been cancelled this Thursday 14/05/2026. It will resume as normal next week.

Tomorrow is photo day! Sibling photos will be from 8:15 am in the hall.

Mitchelton State School will be commemorating ANZAC Day on Thursday 23 April with a ceremony commencing at 9:00am sharp. Students are encouraged to bring a flower to contribute to their class wreath.

Students and Staff will also participate in the Gaythorne RSL ANZAC service on Saturday 25 April. Students who would like to march with the school should meet at the RSL at 6:15am wearing full school uniform.

We are all looking forward to our Cross Country tomorrow. With the hot weather that is predicted, the school will provide a Zooper Dooper to each student after their cross country run.

If you would prefer your child NOT receive a Zooper Dooper please email your class teacher.

Don't forget hats, water bottle, house shirts and running shoes.
