When the day is just right, sometimes our friends choose to rest outdoors, surrounded by the sights, sounds and gentle breeze of nature. ☀️🍃

Outdoor sleep can provide a calm and peaceful environment that supports children's wellbeing. Feeling the fresh air, listening to birdsong, and resting beneath the shade can help children relax, regulate their bodies, and connect with the natural world around them.

At Goodstart, we follow each child's individual needs and preferences. For some children, a quiet outdoor rest space offers the perfect opportunity to unwind, recharge and drift off naturally with the rhythm of the day.

💚 Fresh air
🍃 Gentle breezes
🌳 Connection with nature
😴 Calm and restful sleep

Sometimes the best place to rest is simply where nature invites us to slow down.

Creating a safe sleep environment is one of the many ways we care for children each day. From following safe sleep practices and using approved cots, to completing visual checks every 5 minutes, our educators take every step to help children rest safely and comfortably.

We also work closely with families to understand each child's individual sleep routine, because feeling safe, settled and well-rested helps children learn, grow and thrive.

💜 Safe sleep is everyone's responsibility, and it's always a priority.

✨ Investing in Leadership, Investing in Children, Investing in Our Team ✨

Last week, I had the privilege of attending the Empowered Leadership Program with Goodstart, and it reinforced exactly why I am so proud to be part of this incredible organisation.

Goodstart continually demonstrates its commitment to professional growth by investing in the development of its leaders and educators. Opportunities like this empower us with new knowledge, fresh perspectives, and valuable skills that ultimately benefit our teams, families, and most importantly, the children in our care.

At our centre, we are fortunate to have a team of passionate, dedicated, and highly valued educators who make a difference in children's lives every single day. Their commitment to creating meaningful learning experiences and nurturing strong relationships is what makes our centre such a special place to belong.
We are proud of the warm, welcoming community we have built and would love the opportunity to share it with you.

📚 Enrolments for 2027 are now open! 🏡 Come and experience our beautiful learning environments. 👋 Meet our incredible team and discover what makes our centre so special.

🦷✨ A big thank you to The Smiles Dentacare for visiting us this week and putting on such a fun and informative Tooth Fairy Show! 🧚‍♀️
The children had a wonderful time learning all about looking after their teeth and keeping their smiles healthy. Following the show, some of our children also had the opportunity to have a dental check-up.
Thank you for making dental health education such a fun and positive experience for our children! 😁🪥💙
