For two weekends, HSW becomes a taste of the Italian coastline as legendary Amalfi beach club makes its Australian debut. Known for its crystal clear seaside setting, long lunches and effortless coastal glamour, Conca del Sogno brings the spirit of Nerano to Brisbane.

Joining Orazio D’Elia for FESTA ITALIANA, their chef will recreate the iconic spaghetti alla Nerano, featuring zucchini, Provolone del Monaco and parmesan, served riverfront for the very first time.

The experience comes alive with Conca del Sogno’s famous Sgroppino, a refreshing blend of lemon sorbet, vodka and prosecco, theatrically prepared by renowned host Pierluigi Guidone during the festival’s iconic ‘Sgroppino Show’.
