Active Moreland is an initiative developed by Moreland City Council to make it easier for more people to be more active more often. Originally constructed in 1913-1914, the popular Brunswick Baths has experienced incredible usage and an increase in memberships and participation since. A refurbishment in 2013 has seen more people access the facility.

❤️Thank you to everyone who joined us for our recent Stay Safe Presentation as part of the Victorian Seniors Festival.

We were pleased to welcome Leading Senior Constable Fuhrmann and Senior Constable Nolan, who shared practical advice on personal safety, home security, and ways to reduce the risk of theft. It was fantastic to see so many community members come together to learn, connect, and stay informed.

We're excited to announce that another Stay Safe Presentation is coming soon. Our next session will focus on Scams and Elder Abuse, providing valuable information and practical strategies to help keep our community informed, confident, and protected.

📢 Important Notice: Planned Centre Closure ⚠️NEW DATE⚠️

Please be advised that Brunswick Baths will be temporarily closed on Monday 19 October due to a scheduled water outage associated with construction works next door.

⚠️Closure moved from 14 October due to Yarra Valley Water reschedule. ⚠️

Swim School families have been notified that lessons will not run during the morning closure and will resume in the afternoon. Where a make-up lesson is not available, a credit will be applied to affected enrolments.

Aqua Aerobics classes will continue as scheduled in the morning.

To ensure a smooth closure process, all patrons and members will be asked to exit the pools and gym at the designated time, allowing sufficient time for showering and departure before the centre closes.

For those affected by the closure, reciprocal access will be available between 10:00am and 3:00pm at Merri-bek's other leisure centres.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while these essential works are completed. Stay in the loop and check our social media channels for live updates throughout the day.
