After years of feeling misunderstood and alone, Rochelle found a way to transform her pain into creativity and purpose.

In this episode of Holding on to Hope, Rochelle shares her experience of trauma, addiction, eating disorders, self-harm and suicidality, and how her journey ultimately inspired her to create Rocky Rafaela, a fashion label born from resilience, self-expression and hope.

Holding on to Hope shares real stories of people who’ve faced mental health struggles and suicidality, offering hope and insight into how they found support and built tools for ongoing wellbeing.
