Camden RSL Sub-Branch will hold Commemoration Services and an ANZAC March to commemorate the Anniversary of the landing at Gallipoli.

I extend my sincere gratitude to Camden Women's Shelter for inviting me to their annual Splash of Blue High Tea.

I am grateful to support and advocate for the tireless efforts of the staff, board, and volunteers who provide indispensable services to vulnerable women and children.

Notably, the event highlighted concerning statistics, including a 34% rise in domestic violence cases in Camden and the fact that one in three young people experience relationship abuse before turning 25.

Camden Women's Shelter's call to action emphasizes the importance of contributing one's skills, resources, and time to address this critical issue and be part of the solution. What can you do to help?

Oh what a night 🩷 it was amazing to attend this years International Women’s Day Gala, proudly brought to you by Camden Council.

Aside from the incredible fellowship and networking, we had the privilege of hearing from former world #4 ranked tennis champion Jelena Dokic. Nowadays, Jelena spends her time producing inspiring books and key note speeches on how you can turn hardship and adversity into real, positive change and a thriving life.

Every year Council determines a recipient of the funds raised from this event. This year Council is incredibly proud to acknowledge that Big Yellow Umbrella is this year’s recipient. Thank you to the wonderful staff, volunteers and board for the life changing support you provide to our community every single day 💛💛💛
