Where you will find me this week. How amazing was the weather in Canberra this long weekend?. Chilly mornings and then beautiful sunshine in the afternoons. Enjoyed spending a lot of time outside in the garden which has been fantastic.

We’re starting over… but not giving up. 🤍

Our original Flour & Frost page was compromised, and while we’re still trying to recover it, we’ve made this new page so we can keep sharing our cakes and creations with you all.

It’s been a pretty tough time for our little business, and honestly, rebuilding from scratch is daunting. So if you’d like to support us, here’s how you can help:

🤍 Follow this new page
🤍 Invite friends and family to follow
🤍 Share this post so people can find us again

Every follow, share, comment, and recommendation genuinely means so much to us right now.

We’ve got some fun little giveaways and sweet surprises coming soon as a thank you to everyone helping us spread the word. 🍰✨

Thanks for sticking with us while we rebuild. We’re really grateful to have such a supportive community behind us. 🤍

Little Luxton always supporting the community, thank you

A far-south Canberra café is calling on the community to lend a hand, as demand for emergency food relief continues to rise.

Little Luxton in Gordon has raised more than $150,000 for local programs since opening in late 2022, but its connected food pantry is now supporting close to 600 people a month, up from around 400.

With shelves emptying faster than they can be restocked, the café is encouraging Canberrans to donate non-perishable items and support those doing it tough.

“Just keep looking out for people who are doing it tough,” owner Nate Swift said. “Keep trying to love our neighbour.”
