Mental Health Month is a reminder that looking after our mental wellbeing is just as important as caring for our physical health.

This October, take a moment to check in with yourself and those around you. A simple conversation, a walk with a friend, or reaching out for support can make a big difference. A little connection goes a long way!

Let's create a community where it's okay to talk, connect and seek help when needed.
