The National Trust ACT Heritage Awards celebrate the amazing work undertaken by dedicated individuals, community groups, businesses, government and non-government organisations in the conservation, protection, and interpretation of natural, cultural and built heritage. If you know of a project or an individual that shouts excellence in heritage practice, we want to know.

The Awards culminate in an invitation only ceremony at the Canberra Hyatt where the Minister for Heritage will announce the Award recipients.

A lovely day in the Southern Highlands (despite the rain)! A visit to the Mittagong Mushroom Farm in an old railway tunnel in the morning, delicious pies at the Sutton Forest Inn and then Golden Vale Homestead!

Great to visit the seldom opened National Trust property in the soggy Southern Highlands. Thanks to volunteers for making us so welcome . A must return for spring.
