ANU Refugee Action Committee (ANU RAC) seeks to unite people on campus who oppose Turnbull's racist and xenophobic policy. We aim to help build a refugee social movement in Australia that will close detention centres and force the government to treat refugees with humanity and fairness. We are part of a network of concerned people around Australia seeking the fair and humane treatment of refugees.

A fantastic turnout to the Palm Sunday Rally for Refugees today! Thank you to the Canberra Refugee Action Campaign and the amazing speakers for organising an incredibly moving demonstration. We sent the message loud and clear: refugees are welcome in Australia!
