This May Day Young Labor Left turned out in force with ACT Government workers in their fight for fair pay 💪

Without these workers, our city would come to a standstill. They staff our hospitals, teach our children, maintain our parks and suburbs, drive our trams and buses, and maintain vital infrastructure.

ACT Government workers deserve a real pay increase that keeps up with the cost of living.

ACT Young Labor Left supports them in their struggle for a fair deal 🚩

Happy International Women’s Day Everybody!

Today, and everyday, it is important to honour the efforts of past activists who fought for the rights we enjoy today and to recognise the need to continue fighting against the ongoing struggles and challenges that women face globally.

To celebrate, the ACT Young Labor Left will be celebrating with drinks and conversation at Dear Prudence Wine Bar.

We hope to see you there 😊

Note: This event is autonomous to women, trans, non-binary, intersex and gender diverse people.
