Introducing our newest support worker, Lucy 🐝💛

Over the last 4 weeks we partnered with to deliver a program for 18–25 year olds focused on building interpersonal and relationship skills.

Across our two workshops we explored self-confidence, conversation skills, trust-building behaviours, navigating conflict, and maintaining connections.

We also hosted two social outings - a group picnic with games & dinner, and finally an escape room night where we split into two teams and worked together to crack the clues.

We hope everyone learned something valuable and, most importantly, made some new friends. 💛
We’ll keep planning outings with this amazing group, so if you’d like to join us, send us a message!

We’ve teamed up with Headspace Castle Hill to run a 4-week blended program for young people aged 18–25 who want to build confidence, improve social skills and make genuine connections.

It’s all about helping you go from “hey” to “hang out” - through 2 fun workshops (free!) and 2 community outings ($30/hr, activity included).
