Today is World IBD Day. 💜

World IBD Day unites people worldwide in their fight against inflammatory bowel diseases.

This year, more than 120 sites across Australia will light up purple to raise awareness and show support for the 180,000+ Australians living with Inflammatory Bowel Disease.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming the lovely Violet, who recently competed in the Australian Masters Inline Speed Skating Championship in Victoria — and what an achievement it was!
As you can see, Violet truly scooped the pool, bringing home an incredible result.

Congratulations, Violet! Your success is inspiring, and a wonderful reminder that living with an ostomy should never stand in the way of pursuing your goals and dreams. 💕

Today we acknowledge the heart and humanity of our nursing heroes, and thank them for their kindness, resilience, and unwavering care.

📌 Important Member Update

Due to ongoing impacts of the Middle East crisis on fuel supplies and delivery costs, QSA will be making some temporary operational changes to assist our ostomy product suppliers to manage the current fuel supply challenges in a responsible way

🔹 From 7 April 2026, supplier ordering will be reduced to one bulk order per week.
🔹 This means that some member orders may take slightly longer to reach dispatch stage, however deliveries are still expected to occur within our usual advertised timeframes.
🔹 Members are encouraged to monitor stock levels and to place orders with sufficient notice to allow for dispatch within our standard timeframes.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure fair and reliable access to ostomy products for all members.
