Clarence Park Community Kindergarten

A week of mixed emotions at Kindy as we unfortunately said goodbye to all our chickens after they were killed over the weekend, potentially by a fox entering their enclosure.
We are so proud of our Kindy children with the compassion they displayed and how they supported each other and our staff team as we all grieved the loss of our chickens. We also spent time reflecting on the joy they bought to us all with the children creating wonderful artworks of our chickens. 💔

Volunteers are incredibly valuable to our kindergarten community; we are thankful to all who give of their time to share knowledge and skills with the children, assist on excursions, help maintain our Kindy grounds, pick-up or return creatures to Nature Ed, join a roster or are part of our Governing Council.

Come along and join in the fun of Playgroup at Clarence Park Kindy, each Friday during school term with the exception of the last Friday.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the special mums in our Kindy community ❤️

Enrolment priority is given to families who reside within our preschool catchment area however we warmly welcome enquiries and registrations from all families, including those living outside our local catchment area.

If you are unable to attend a tour another option to become acquainted with our Kindergarten is to attend our regular Friday Playgroup, which will resume in Term 2 on 1st May at 11:30am.

Term 1 - Weeks 8 & 9
Community is important at Kindy and we are very fortunate to have parents give of their time to share with the children information about their employment, what they do and their cultural backgrounds. Thank you to all who have visited with the children over the past few weeks.
We also thoroughly enjoy special visitors from Unley Libraries to share stories and creatures from the Nature Education Centre, plus all the bugs & insects who have recently sparked the children’s interest in who we share our Kindy space with.
