We’re conducting our annual Community Satisfaction Survey - look out for our survey staff who will be knocking on doors across Merri-bek! 🚪

From 24 May until 12 June, Researchers from Metropolis Research will be asking residents to participate in the annual Community Satisfaction Survey - it’s your opportunity to tell us what we are doing well and where we can do better.

📝 Research staff will carry an identification card, wear a uniform and have an authentication letter from Merri-bek City Council.
📝 They will never ask to enter your home, nor will they ask to use your toilet, ask for a drink, or any identifying information from you.
📝 The survey is anonymous and will take around 15 minutes to complete.
