Although we are not expecting this to happen overnight it is a step in the right direction and is inevitable. This is an opportunity to look at a grand vision for the area and provide jobs, lifestyle and best sustainable practice outcomes. Go the Northern end of the Gold Coast....a great opportunity to create special outcomes.

How do yo feel about another Theme Park at the Northern end of the city? Certainly we have the space here and it would be a great opportunity for re-use of the cane fields if nothing else. Bring it on we say.

• $1 billion Coomera Town Centre, involving 1200 jobs during construction and 1600 permanent jobs
• 25,000 homes associated with Coomera Town Centre.
• Westfield centre — large shopping centre, cinema, two-level department store, artificial beach
• Nearby AO-Tai Coomera project involving 122 homes.
BXL Architects Director Bryn - was Lead Petitioner on the Public Petition for the upgrade to Exit 54 which was given the go-ahead last week.
