I’ll be on site Monday to Thursday and would love to connect with you!

What is my role - A CDC helps connect families, build community, and make sure people get the right support at the right time.

Dads Group - 'Big Emotions, Little People'
A FREE workshop at Findon Community Centre, Wednesday 27th May, 5pm-6.30pm.

👨‍👧 Dads Group: Big Emotions, Little People
Based on feedback from our recent dad's and kids Playgroups-
Dads, this one’s for you! Join us for a relaxed and supportive session focused on understanding children’s big emotions and how best to respond.
This workshop explores how children’s behaviour is a form of communication and shares practical strategies to help you feel more confident supporting your child.
✨ What you’ll gain:
• A better understanding of children’s brain development
• Strategies to support emotional co-regulation
• Practical ideas to manage big feelings
• Tips to support yourself during challenging moments
