💛 Thank you to everyone who joined us for the DDHS P&C R U OK? Breakfast today! 💛

It was wonderful to see our school community come together, enjoy a coffee and a bite to eat, and most importantly, take the time to connect, check in and start meaningful conversations.

A very special THANK YOU to our generous sponsors, Men in Sheds and Dongara Charities, for their support in helping make this event possible.

We’d also like to thank Stevie from Miss Springfield, along with our wonderful canteen ladies Alysha and Kirsty, for catering the breakfast! ☕🥐

At today’s assembly, our P&C President, Tara Waters, introduced our two new R U OK? Conversation Benches. These benches have been installed as a dedicated space to encourage students to connect, check in with one another and remind each other that a simple conversation can make a difference. 💛

Last term The Dongara District High school P&C supplied and installed a new swing set to the kindy/ pre primary area.
This has been a welcome addition to the kids play area.

We would like to acknowledge the P&C committees hard work in initiating this project and contributing funds towards it.

We would also like to acknowledge Mitsui’s generous community grant of $4000, given towards this initiative. Without their support this would not have been made possible. Thank you Mitsui E&P
