🌟 Meet Our New Principal! 🌟

Hello Duaringa State School families and community!

I am Jodi Longden and I am very excited to introduce myself as the new Acting Principal of Duaringa State School! I feel incredibly fortunate to have this opportunity.

Throughout my career in education, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of teaching and leadership roles, most recently at Calliope State School and previously at Gladstone South State School. These experiences have helped shape my passion for education, supporting students and staff, and creating positive learning environments where every child has the opportunity to succeed.

I strongly believe that relationships are at the heart of a successful school. Building connections with students, families, staff and the wider community is something I genuinely value. I believe that when we work together, we can achieve wonderful things for our students. I am excited to celebrate the great things already happening at the school and build on these successes together.

Please feel free to come and introduce yourself if you see me around the school or community. I can’t wait to start tomorrow and begin this exciting new chapter with you all! 😊
