👋 | Meet Daily Scoop at Majo's!
October is Small Business Month, and we’re celebrating by highlighting local small businesses from across our region all month long.
Daily Scoop at Majo's is a bulk wholefood store specialising in organic, low-tox and quality pantry products. They offer a wide range of bulk foods including grains, flours, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, spices, herbs, teas and baking ingredients, as well as eco-friendly household and personal care products. Rather than having to purchase a pre-packaged product from a large supermarket, customers can choose their quantity, which can help reduce food and packaging waste.
Daily Scoop at Majo’s Lisa and James said, we took over Daily Scoop in November 2025 and have been working to build on what was already established while putting our own vision into the business.”
“When the opportunity came up to purchase Daily Scoop, it felt like the right opportunity at the right time. For us, taking over Daily Scoop was about starting a new chapter right here in the community we have called home for more than two decades.”
“The people are definitely one of the best parts about small business. We love getting to know our customers, hearing what they are looking for and being able to make changes based on their feedback. We also love the opportunity to support other small and local businesses.”
“We are really excited about the future of Daily Scoop and are expanding our range of low-tox household and personal care products. We believe healthier and more environmentally conscious choices should be simple and accessible for everyday families,” said Lisa and James.
