🏃‍♂️🔥 200 MILES. 55 HOURS. ONE INCREDIBLE CAUSE! 🔥🏃‍♂️

❤️ INTRODUCING MILES FOR MEALS! ❤️

We've been keeping something pretty exciting under wraps at Echuca Neighbourhood House, and we're finally ready to share it with you!

Local legend Jarrod has decided to take on one MASSIVE challenge... running an incredible 200 miles (that's approximately 322 kilometres!) over 55 hours to raise much-needed funds for Echuca Neighbourhood House!

📅 16–18 April 2027
📍 Echuca Moama

Yep, you read that right. 322 kilometres! 😳🏃‍♂️

And he's doing it all to help local people and families who are doing it tough.

For those who don't know, Echuca Neighbourhood House supports hundreds of local people every week through our Food Bank, community meals, Mobile Food Pantry and other essential community services.

With the cost of living continuing to put enormous pressure on local households, the demand for our services has never been greater.

And that's where Miles for Meals comes in! ❤️

Jarrod isn't just taking on an extraordinary physical challenge. He's hoping to bring our community together, raise awareness of the work we do and help create ongoing support for those who need it most.

We honestly couldn't be more grateful that he's chosen to do this for us!

💛 HOW CAN YOU HELP?

💰 DONATE! Every dollar raised will go towards supporting the work of Echuca Neighbourhood House.

🤝 SPONSOR! We'd love to see local businesses get behind Jarrod and this incredible community fundraiser.

Jarrod, from all of us at Echuca Neighbourhood House, THANK YOU! Taking on something of this magnitude to support our little community organisation means more than you know. ❤️

Now, Echuca Moama... let's get behind him and make MILES FOR MEALS something truly special! 🙌

💚 World Mental Health Day 💚

Today is a reminder that mental health matters, and everyone deserves access to care, support and understanding.

Take time to check in with yourself and those around you, look after your well-being, and remember that reaching out for support is always okay. 🌿

Together, we can help create a community where mental health is talked about openly and no one feels they have to struggle alone.

🛍️ Got a cupboard full of shopping bags? We’d LOVE to take them off your hands! 💚

If you’re anything like me, you probably have a stash of reusable shopping bags hiding in the cupboard, garage or car… because somehow we always forget to take them to the supermarket! 😂

Don’t let them go to waste — donate them to ENH Foodbank! 💚

We can use your clean, reusable bags to pack and distribute food to people in our community.

Clear out your bag stash and help us out! Every bag is greatly appreciated. 🙏💚

Thank you! 🛍️✨
