💛 R U OK? Day 💛

Today is a reminder that a simple conversation can make a big difference.

Checking in with family, friends, workmates, and members of our community can help someone feel supported and connected — especially during difficult times.

👂 Ask
💬 Listen
🤝 Support
📞 Encourage help-seeking if needed

You don’t need to have all the answers. Sometimes just being there and listening is enough.

So today, take a moment to ask someone — “Are you OK?” 💛

💙 Happy Father’s Day 💙

Today we celebrate all fathers, stepfathers, grandfathers, father figures, and mentors who provide support, guidance, strength, and care to those around them.

Thank you for the many ways you help your families and communities every day — often behind the scenes and without recognition.

Wishing everyone a safe and happy Father’s Day spent with family, friends, and loved ones.
