Looking for ways to keep your cat happy and safe when the cat curfew starts on 1 July?
A catio or secure outdoor enclosure can give your cat fresh air and room to explore while keeping them safely contained.
If your cat is used to roaming at night, now is the time to help them adjust to their new routine.
A little preparation now can help make the transition smooth and stress-free.

Work has restarted on RecWest and Shorten Reserve in West Footscray 👷♀️
Our contractor is on site preparing for piling works for the new stadium, which will start this week.
We are also 3-months into the 12-month compaction process on Shorten Reserve and work on the Pavilion upgrade will begin later this year.
The new RecWest stadium will include a larger health club, café, two indoor courts, community rooms, changing places facility, public toilets, and additional storage.
This major transformation is thanks to a joint investment of over $42 million from Council and the State Government.

Earlier this week, community members and staff came together for Truth, listening and action as part of National Reconciliation Week.
The event opened with a powerful Smoking Ceremony and grounding, creating space for reflection, connection and conversation.
Thank you to our panellists and attendees for contributing to an insightful discussion centred on truth-telling, authenticity and the role we all play in reconciliation.
A strong theme throughout the conversation was the importance of approaching everyday interactions with curiosity, openness and a willingness to take small steps towards reconciliation every day.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the event such a meaningful experience.
