A big thanks to north burnett regional council

Today is WOW Day (Wear Orange Wednesday) 🧡

We’re proudly recognising and thanking the incredible volunteers of the Queensland State Emergency Service (SES) who show up when our communities need them most - in storms, floods, and emergencies.

Their time, training, and commitment help keep Queensland safe, and today is about saying a big thank you.

So if you see SES volunteers out and about in the North Burnett, give them a wave or a word of appreciation.💛🧡

Great catching up with North Burnett SES and Assistant Commissioner Kev Gutridge as we took the opportunity to show our appreciation for the incredible support provided by Vicki Callahan, former DMO at North Burnett Regional Council.

Thank you Vicki for your dedication, support and commitment to our volunteers and communities across the North Burnett. Your contribution has made a lasting difference and is greatly appreciated 🧡

We wish Vicki the best of luck for her future endeavours.
