The practice meets RACGP accreditation standards, and care extends from the office to the local hospital, as well as the aged care facilities.

The medical practitioners are supported by dedicated nurses and receptionists, as well as visiting specialists and allied health providers.

The hospital provides emergency and inpatient care, as well as general and ophthalmic surgery, maternity services and palliative care.

Who doesn’t love a long weekend!! 🏕️☀️✨🐶

Before you head off for the long weekend, here are a few little things worth checking for your four-legged family members:

🐶 Make sure your flea, tick and worming treatments are up to date, we are seeing a tick patient (or three) most days, PLEASE make sure prevention is up to date!
🐱 Check you’ve got enough medications to get you through the weekend
🐴 If you’re heading away with the horses, pack a little first-aid kit and make sure your feed and water plans are sorted
🐄 Keep an eye on livestock
🌡️ And remember — long weekends can mean BBQs, visitors, rubbish bins and unfamiliar foods… all potential trouble for curious pets!

If your pet needs anything before the weekend, give us a call on 6558 1504. We are open as normal on Saturday morning, and then Emergency only through til Tuesday 💛
