Our annual ladies lunch was filled with laughter, memories, and connection. Thank you to everyone who made the day so special 🥰

We recently received these beautiful messages and poppy colouring from children who visited the Queensland Transport Museum 🌺

As part of their Military Transport Exhibit, the museum created a Children’s Activity Area where kids could learn about Australian military service, write thank-you notes, and colour poppies for the Poppy Wall.

We are truly touched to receive these heartfelt messages. It means so much to our veterans and their families to know that the younger generation is thinking of them and appreciating their sacrifices.

Thank you to the Queensland Transport Museum and to all the children who shared their kindness and creativity. ❤️

One of the holes will be set up as a Legacy Donation Hole, giving players a chance to support the families of those who served their country.

Gold Coast Legacy sincerely acknowledges and thanks the City of Gold Coast for the Community Grant funding, and Cr Nick Marshall OAM for his support in assisting our organisation to secure this grant. We also thank 5 Points Plumbing & Gas for the professional installation of the new hot water system, ensuring improved safety and regulated water temperature for our facility. This upgrade has delivered a significant improvement in safety by ensuring water temperatures are properly regulated and consistent. The risk of uncontrolled, excessively hot water coming from taps has been eliminated, greatly reducing the potential for scalding injuries.

The new system provides a safer environment for all users of the facility, including vulnerable community members, volunteers, and staff.
