Save the Date – 2026 MSQ State Championships
Join us in Townsville at Long Tan Pool from 16–18 July 2026 for the MSQ State Championships and exciting 50th Anniversary celebrations.
The weekend wraps up with an Open Water Swim on Sunday 19 July.
Get ready for racing, fun and a fantastic celebration of 50 years of Masters Swimming Queensland!

On the weekend, Judith Grant competed in the Cooly Classic alongside a group of friends she’s been open water swimming with for over 20 years, love seeing her still mixing it up!
She took on changing conditions, supported another swimmer who was feeling nervous about the surf, and still managed to finish 9th in her age group, an awesome result.
Judith also caught up with Jae and Ally from Swim Tours Australia, who provided support and advice before and after the event. We’re grateful to have them as major sponsors of Miami Masters.

This afternoon we enjoyed a great Anzac Day training session, followed by a relaxed get-together at the clubhouse to celebrate our May birthdays and catch up.
