Mandurah Quay Resort is looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Casual Receptionist to join our team!
As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest enjoys a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
🏨 ABOUT THE ROLE
Your main responsibilities will include:
✅ Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs.
✅ Handling guest enquiries in person, over the phone and via email.
✅ Managing reservations and assisting with general reception duties.
✅ Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
✅ Supporting the day-to-day operations of the resort.
✨ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
🔹 Flexible availability to work rostered shifts across Monday to Sunday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm, including weekends.
🔹 A current driver's licence (essential).
🔹 Previous reception or hospitality experience (preferred).
🔹 Experience using RMS booking software(highly regarded!).
🔹 Excellent communication and customer service skills.
🔹 A friendly, professional and approachable manner.
🔹 Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
