More than 50 principals and preschool directors are at Orbis today for the New Site Leader program, exploring the capability ‘Engaging Hearts and Minds’ from the Leadership Capability Framework.

Today’s learning reconnects participants with their first 100 days of leadership, strengthening their Site Learning Plans and working through a Cycle of Inquiry. It’s the time to reflect, learn from each other and consider their next strategic move.
