Locals workshop to get back carry confident!

A dedicated educational block to learn and practice all the tricks to getting in and out of back carry with your buckle carrier!

Please feel free to bring along your carrier and children 🥰 I will have some spare as well.

We will be going over putting baby in (several methods), and how to get bubby out depending on comfort and age.

This is for buckle carriers, not woven wraps or other as that's a different ball game. The aim is to get comfortable moving objects to your back and using a demo doll if necessary before you try with your child, then we'll practice a few times and make sure everyone leaves confident in the process ✨️👌

Every time I do a high back ruck I improve a little bit more 🫶

I just need to improve the base of the seat but she's still safe. Technically not a newborn anymore 😭

*woven wraps are one of the few options you can do a safe backcarry with little babies, experience with wrapping helps make this safe but you can learn at any point!*

Please feel free to bring along your ring slings and children 🥰 I will have some but would love if you had one to bring too!

We will be going over how to thread your sling, setting up the seat, putting baby in, tightening tips and struggles, baby out annnddd a few different carries with ring slings.
