Did you know registering your dog in NSW is a two-step process?
Step 1 โ Microchip your dog
Step 2 โ Register your dog
Having your dog microchipped does not automatically mean they are registered.
Pet owners should also ensure their animalโs details are kept up to date through the NSW Pet Registry, including any changes to address, contact details or ownership.
Keeping your petโs records current helps Council reunite lost animals with their owners and may help you avoid unnecessary penalties or fines.
Check your dogโs details today and make sure they are both microchipped and registered.
