Stay safe on the roads in and watch out for other bad winter drivers.

⚠️The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a Road Weather Alert for tomorrow.

❄️ Snow covered roads above 400 metres will make driving conditions dangerous during Thursday in parts of the:
📌 Western, and
📌 Central Plateau forecast districts.

Today is not Star Wars day! Although at we do love Star Wars because most of the Brigade saw the original in 1977!
It’s St Florian’s Day, the patron saint of firefighters - International Firefighters day. From the smallest Brigades to the largest in the world - being Tokyo Fire Department, firefighters work everyday to keep their communities safe.
We are all proud of what we do - noting autumn will continue to be dry with average bushfire risk.
Remember May 4th - not Star Wars Day. International Firefighters Day.
