Hello Families,
We are excited to announce that preparations are now underway for the Loxton Swimming Pool Learn to Swim Program for the 2026/27 season! ๐
As this is our first year delivering a structured Learn to Swim program at the Loxton Swimming Pool, we have been working hard behind the scenes to create a program that is flexible, accessible, and beneficial for local families.
Thank you to everyone who has shared their preferred lesson days and expressed interest in the program. Your feedback has been incredibly valuable and has helped shape how we plan to deliver lessons throughout the season.

Program Dates
The season will be delivered across two blocks:
Block 1
Week commencing 9 November through to 12 December
Block 2
Week commencing 11 January through to 27 February
๐ Lesson Scheduling
To provide greater flexibility for families and create a more sustainable program, lessons will be offered across:
Monday and Wednesday and (Saturday TBC depending on interest)
By spreading lessons across the week, we hope to:
- Offer more choice when allocating lesson times
- Reduce late evening sessions
- Improve instructor availability
- Accommodate as many family preferences as possible

๐ณ Fees & Payment Options
Lesson fees for the 2026/27 season will be:
$18.10 per lesson, per child
Payments will be available via weekly direct debit through DebitSuccess.
Families who would prefer to pay in full are welcome to do so. Please contact us to make arrangements.
Family Discount
Families with three or more children enrolled at the same time will receive a 10% discount on the fees for the third and subsequent children.
A $20 Learn to Swim joining fee applies to each participant.
๐ Fast Track Holiday Program
We are also planning to introduce a Fast Track Holiday Program during the summer break.
Families who choose not to pause their direct debit payments over the Christmas break will automatically qualify to participate.
Proposed dates: 4 January to 8 January (subject to confirmation).
The Fast Track Program provides:
A 30-minute lesson each day
Five consecutive days of instruction
Intensive swimming and water safety development
Excellent value, with five lessons for the cost of four
As this is our inaugural season, we are excited to incorporate engaging activities and fun learning experiences to help children continue progressing through the holiday period.

End of Season Celebration
To celebrate the conclusion of our first, Learn to Swim season, we will be hosting an end-of-season presentation for all participants.
This will be an opportunity to recognise each swimmer's achievements, celebrate their progress, and enjoy a fun day at the pool with family and friends.

School Sports Vouchers are welcomed and encouraged for eligible students from Reception to Year 9.

Early registrations will assist us greatly in planning lesson groups, instructor allocations, and preferred session times.
