"CANDLE LIGHTING CEREMONY POSTPONED"
Due to the unpredictable and unstable weather, we have made the decision to postpone the Candle Lighting Ceremony which was scheduled for this evening at Jubilee Park for later in May, DFV prevention month.

This is unfortunate though we have taken the view that such event is deserving of conditions which is conducive to meaningfulness and wish to postpone to a time that is conducive to the intent and commitment.

We remain committed to honouring those lives lost in the way of Candle Lighting Ceremony and will update you all with a rescheduled time and date."
