🥵 Well that’s the Bondi 2 Manly 20km Relay done for 2026! 🏃‍♂️

This year I ran with Gio, Sam and Martino, raising funds for Cure SCN2A. Local mum and dad Melissa and Scott, raising funds for their son Jack.

Top day, amazing vibe - Manly at its best! ❤️

Time for a recovery b**r.

Back in Parliament for the October sitting. 👊🏼

12 sitting days left of my Parliamentary career. 🥹 Trying to make each one count for my community!

The job of an MP never really ends, as there is always more to do! Things to fix, challenges to solve and projects to get up and running.

A big thank you to everyone who has been along the journey with me. And I’m looking forward to continuing to work hard for everyone, every day until March 2027.

A picture says a thousand words. And this one from James Brickwood in the The Sydney Morning Herald says everything about Bruce and his happy place - the water in Manly.

I really don’t know what to say…the shocking loss of a great man. Full of conviction for social justice and humanity and equally good company over a glass of ch*****ne.

Bruce was a Liberal who I looked up to and for inspiration. His type of Liberal was exactly what we needed more of.

He will be deeply missed around Manly, but of course, around Australia and his global footprint from a life lived well.

My thoughts go to Mike, Kerryn, Steve, Julia and the entire Baird family.

Vale to a great man.

📦 One Meal Northern Beaches hamper drive is back!

📍Pick up a hamper from my office 9am-5pm Mon to Friday.

✅ Hamper boxes can be returned to the One Meal Brookvale warehouse.

Address: 12 Powells Road, Brookvale

Opening times: Monday & Wednesday 7am - 4.30pm; Tuesday & Thursday 7am - 3pm; Friday 11am - 2pm

Please return your full hamper/s by Wednesday 25th November so they have time to distribute them to those in need before Christmas.

👍In case you are wondering what type of food to include in your hamper, here are some
suggestions:

✓ Canned spaghetti or baked beans (4 pack)
✓ Ready to eat soft pack soup or Cup-a-Soup (4 pack)
✓ Small cans, jars or dried vegetables - corn, carrots, peas, tomatoes
✓ UHT Milk 2-4 small 200ml packs
✓ Up and Go or small box/bag of cereal or muesli
✓ Packet of sweet or savoury biscuits
✓ Small cans of tuna or salmon 95g
✓ Fruits in juice cups (4pk) or dried fruit packets
✓ Pasta and pasta sauce or a packet meal ready to cook
✓ Recipe base packets (eg, satay chicken, creamy chicken curry, curry cooking kits)
✓ Small spread jars - vegemite, peanut butter, jam, honey, Nutella
✓ Muesli bars or cereal bars, LCMs, Le Snak dip and crackers
✓ Small white sugar, pancake mix, coffee, tea bags, hot chocolate, Milo
✓ Small sauces - tomato, barbecue, mayonnaise, stock cubes, gravy
✓ Instant noodles, noodle and risotto meals
✓ White Rice - 1kg or microwave rice 250g, rice meals

Last year we had them flying out of the office!
